Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at Natural Uniforms. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. Please review our returns policy below.
Returns
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging, including tags, labels, and any accessories.
Final sale items, including clearance or custom orders, are not eligible for returns.
How to Return an Item:
Start a Return Request:
Log in to your account and go to your Order History.
Select the order you wish to return, and click the Return Items button.
Follow the prompts to select the items for return and print the prepaid return shipping label.
Pack the Items:
Carefully pack the items in the original packaging, if possible, and include any tags, labels, and accessories.
Ship the Return:
Affix the prepaid return shipping label to the package and drop it off at the nearest carrier location. Make sure the package is scanned or you receive a receipt once you return it to the carrier for your records.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive the returned item, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus the shipping costs.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return an item and purchase a different one, we recommend following the return process and then placing a new order.
Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
Custom embroidered or personalized items
Scrubs with embroidery
Final sale or clearance items
Underwear and socks for hygiene reasons
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately at customerservice@nuniforms.com and provide your order number.
When emailing us, please include:
A brief description of the issue
Photos of the damaged or defective item (if possible)
We’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
International Returns
For international orders, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. For further instructions on how to return an international order, please contact customer service at customerservice@nuniforms.com.
